Payments: important information about Afterpay

We offer Afterpay on all of our products.

Please note that if using an in-app mobile browser (such as Facebook or Instagram) making a payment with Afterpay will fail - it’s a technical thing that we are hoping will be resolved soon.

If you want to use Afterpay please use your mobile phone’s default browser. If you have any issues, please get in touch.

Shipping

Orders are shipped on Monday each week so they spend as little time as possible in transit. Please contact us if you would like your order delivered at a different time.

We prefer to ship using NZPost Economy postage (non-signature) but will use PassTheParcel or Aramex depending on shipping costs. Orders typically arrive 1-3 days after dispatch.

We want to keep shipping costs as simple as possible so we provide per-order costs of:

• Urban Courier: $13 + $2 for each additional item

• Rural Courier: $18 + $2 for each additional item

For large items (large plants on trellis):

• Urban Courier - Large Item: $17.50 + $5 for each additional large item

• Rural Courier - Large Item: $22.50 + $5 for each additional large item

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
