Returns Policy
HoyaHoya Limited is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied us, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. Due to the fragile nature of plants, plants are non-refundable so please choose carefully. For all other products, we will replace or refund your purchase price. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our usual returns policy does not apply to personalised products so please check all details before ordering.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned such as gift cards and downloadable software products.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hoyahoya.nz@gmail.com to make arrangements.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at hoyahoya.nz@gmail.com to arrange shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Changes to this policy
We may change this policy by uploading a revised policy onto the website. The change will apply from the date that we upload the revised policy.
